We are in unprecedented times. With the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and the incredible speed at which things are changing around us, I am continually adapting my operations and business.
As a DJ service, I have faced many challenges and each has made me better prepared for situations like this.
I am working hard to:
1. Protect you and your loved ones when you celebrate. I am recommending that toasts be cancelled due to the use of a microphone and the germs that can be transmitted.
2. Keep you informed of any changes to government guidelines and CDC recommendations that will affect your event.
3. Make myself available to reschedule any wedding dates that need to be rebooked (based on availability). All payments will transfer to the rebooked date. If your date is not available, then you may receive a refund within 90 days of the contract termination agreement signature.
Additional fees may apply if you rebook on a different day of the week than what was previously booked. (Example: If you booked on a Friday, and you want to reschedule for a Saturday then additional fees will apply.)

I am grateful for the loyalty of my clients and other vendors. Right now, I am 100 percent focused on helping our customers with immediate wedding needs. As soon as these clients have been helped, I will address the other upcoming events.
As airlines are reducing flight schedules, I know the ability for your loved ones to travel is becoming an issue. I want to assure you that travel will not be an issue for Black Tie Sounds. I am still available to attend any wedding, and the only thing that would keep me from attending is if I contract the virus myself or if the government mandates a "shutdown" or "shelter in place" order. I do not want to put you or your loved ones at risk.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need anything, or if you have any questions concerning these changes and updates.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers!
